Cuervo’s House There’s a new spot in San José del Cabo, and you’ve got to check it out. The multihyphenate Cuervo’s House has it all; it’s a restaurant, sports bar, club, and piano bar. The menu is impressive, and so is owner and general manager Jorge Cuervo’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor. The restaurant boasts an intimate setting and Mexican-style decor with photos from the early 1900s that point
