Snorkeling & Sunset
Pez Gato, sailing Cabo's waters since 1985, offers snorkel tours to the marine preserve of Santa María Cove, a sunset tour, seasonal whale watching, and private charters. Check out their new Gold Coast Tour that takes you to Lover's Beach, the Arch, a sea lion colony, and into the Sea of Cortés. The Princesa Charters features a trimaran and two catamarans, with La Princesa being one of the largest, custom-built catamarans in Cabo. One may suspect that with its square sails, cannon ports and swash-buckling sailors, the 98-foot Buccaneer Queen may have been pirated from Disneyland. Adventure Time
Cabo Adventures features two former 80-foot America's Cup boats that will let you experience the thrill of yacht racing. The boats duel each other through a series of tacks and jibes with the crew letting you help grind the winches and trim the sails. Then it's back to the dock for a "victory party". Whatever type of boat you choose to sail on, for daytime cruises remember to be sure to wear a hat, bring sun block, a camera (an underwater one if snorkeling), and swimsuit.
