Misión La Serena
The first of three residential buildings at Misión La Serena is nearly complete. In addition to the first residential building (with nine condos), the main swimming pool and a poolside restaurant will greet the first owners, expected to arrive in early May. Misión La Serena offers deeded interest fractional ownership of 75 two– and three–bedroom oceanfront residences located within the exclusive Puerto Los Cabos. Club Campestre San José, another exclusive residential comunity from Grupo Questro, announced the April opening of the first nine holes of their Jack Nicklaus–designed golf course. Set to open in Spring 2008, Capella Pedregal is growing rapidly. Accessed via a private tunnel from downtown Cabo San Lucas, it eventually will have an intimate 66–room Capella Resort and Spa, 31 shared–ownership Capella Residences and 20 full–ownership Capella Casonas. The first phase of residential offerings is sold out, and Phase II is now being offered at prices ranging from $440,000 U.S. to $525,000 U.S. per one–eighth share. The full–ownership Capella Casonas will range from $2.9 million U.S. to $3.2 million U.S.. More Affordable Housing Around Los Cabos
The next issue of Los Cabos Magazine will answere the question: What’s available for under $500,000 U.S.? Well, Ventanas Residencial and La Vista Residences and Spa, both near Cabo San Lucas, have prices for single families homes in the mid-$300,000's. San José's Alegranza, a condominium residence, has prices beginning in the low $400,000's. These three developments offer many of the amenities usually associated with higher–end developments such as pools, spas, tennis courts and clubhouses.
