It’s almost summertime and the living is easy in Los Cabos!

With hot and sunny days, Los Cabos is a bargain for many visitors. Tee times on championship golf courses are lower at this time of the year beginning in July. For fishermen, schools of tuna and bonito are abundant in summer, as well as blue marlin, due to the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortés.

There are programs designed for family travelers at kid-friendly resorts. From luxurious five-star hotels to affordable inns, you can be assured to find accommodations that suit your taste and budget. Dozens of restaurants serve everything from gourmet to popular local fare. Special package deals can be made on hotels and airfare, and a walk on a white sandy beach at sunrise and sunset is free.

What more can you ask? In spite of the sluggish economy, Los Cabos has plenty to offer vacationers. There is something for everyone—water sports, art galleries, and top-notch shopping from the traditional to the ultimate in fine jewels. And, the most important thing to know: Los Cabos is a safe destination. Despite recent negative news reports about México, Los Cabos remains a sound choice when planning a family vacation or romantic getaway.

This publication is well recognized for promoting a positive image of Los Cabos, but it’s an easy job because of what the area has to offer. For the past year, the streets of Cabo San Lucas have been under total renovation and soon will proudly open a six-lane boulevard entering the city.

Older buildings are being renovated and new, modern structures are taking their place. The majestic landscape of mountains, desert, and azure water beckon travelers from all over the world. If you’ve never been to Los Cabos, this is your opportunity to get your fill of sunshine in a safe environment.

When you come, you’ll find it is a difficult place to leave. Always popular during the winter months, Los Cabos is definitely a year-round destination.

Welcome! I hope you enjoy your summer vacation in our paradise and that you’ll come back soon and often.

¡Bienvenidos!
