Cabo Expeditions offers trips to explore the waters that surrounds Espíritu Santo. Don’t pass up the chance to swim with incredibly playful sea lions. for more intensive underwater explorations of the many world-class sites in the Los Cabos area—including Cabo Pulmo, home to the most intense concentration of marine life in the Sea of Cortés—snorkel and dive enthusiasts may want to sign up for more focused excursions, particularly given the excellent visibility and warm water temperatures during the summer season. Cabo Expeditions (624-143-2700) also offers trips to explore the undersea fantasia that surrounds Espíritu Santo, as well opportunities to try underwater activities like Sea Trek and Snuba, both of which are perfect for kids and those who crave extended interaction with an undersea environment but lack dive training. Sea Trek connects participants to an air supply via a lightweight helmet that evokes images of the early days of scuba diving equipment, and it allows users ages 8 and up to interact with the surrounding marine life as they walk underwater at sites in the Sea of Cortés. Snuba, basically a combination of scuba and snorkeling, works similarly.
