Greetings!

With most of summer’s tropical weather behind us, our thoughts turn to the upcoming “high” season and all that that brings. We are excited about some new additions and continuing developments in the Los Cabos area. We welcome back our snowbirds who are settling into their comfy nests. And it seems that it’s never too early to start thinking about what to do for Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Year’s Eve celebrations.

This issue features several “new” ideas. Real estate articles about building a home here, its trials and tribulations, and finding the best places to build. While considering your holiday get-togethers, muse on some fun party suggestions and how to impress your guests. Of course, shopping for new things is on everyone’s mind right now, and we show you where to find what you’re looking for. When it comes to dining out, learn about how international cuisine’s presence in our area has blossomed, and read about some of Los Cabos’ renowned restaurants.

Autumn is an amazing time of year in our world of natural phenomena, too. Our wonderful whales are returning. Our Monarch Butterflies’ winter migration is in full glory. Our precious sea turtles are hatching and beginning their undaunted sea bound journeys. You’ll find articles about these spectacles in the Outdoors & Activities section.

This is a remarkable time of year for so many people, for so many reasons. We celebrate the season with you and bid you all the best of everything in the year to come.

Cheers!

Bienvenidos
Patricia M. Krajeski
