Surf & Turf – Filet mignon and lobster tail.

Tuna Tartar – Fresh tuna, arugula, cucumber, onion, soy sauce, avocado and olive oil.

Cortez Fish – Filet Catch of the day, pea puree, melon, baby potato, ponzu sauce, red wine vinaigrette.

Salmón Fatush – Glazed with dijon mustard and honey, accompanied with corn roasted, dry tomatoes, mushrooms, green bean sauteed with garlic and parsley.

Lobster Salad – Lettuce, arugula, lobster, yellow pepper and cilantro dressing.
