Sabor a Cabo is an annual event for foodies, gluttons, and gourmets, especially those who enjoy tastings on a mammoth scale. Approximately 50 restaurants participate in this epic international food and wine celebration, whose name in Spanish means “taste of Cabo” or “flavors of Cabo.” Not only do you get to traipse from tent to table, you may even break into a dance step or two to the top-notch professional music brought to Los Cabos for this event. Some of Los Cabos’ finest chefs prepare their signature dishes. Money raised is donated to local fire departments, Los Cabos Children’s Foundation, and the Red Cross. Canirac, the Los Cabos restaurant association, organizes the festival, one of the most anticipated events of the season. www.saboracabo.com
