Sashimi Cilantro.- Thin fish slices served with avocado slices on a bed of cilantro sauce and ribbon of serrano sauce.
Lime Roll.- Covered with fresh salmon with thin slices of lime with a special house sauce. California chili peppers inside.
Nigiri combo.- 6 pieces of nigiri with fish and seafood from the chef's selection
Sashimi Serranito.- slices of fresh fish covered in Serrano sauce and slices serrano pepper.
Cabo Special Roll.- Wrapped in soy paper, stuffed with shrimp, cucumber, lettuce, shrimp and mango. Covered with catch of the day and lemon zest. Bathed in Ponzu, and 3 homemade oils.
