Roasted and peeled Poblano pepper stuffed with sautéed meat, seeds and dried fruit; served with afresh cold walnut & sherry cream sauce. One of Mexico’s finest; Pescado Mojillo.- Seasoned with chile guajillo and garlic. Very tasty; Mole de Flor de Mastuerzo; Tacos de Camarón al Pastor.- Shrimp marinated in axiote (annatto) & pineaple adobo, grilled and served in tacos topped with fresh onions and coriander; Margarita of Mango; Blueberry Margarita; Strawberry Margarita
