The Nick San restaurant and Brand, is a result of the talent fusion of two well known Chefs, Masayuki Niikura and Angel Carbajal; who come from very different backgrounds, Mexico and Japan, but that have the same passion; Food.
It´s cuisine is still a fusion of Mexican ingredients and traditional Japanese cuisine with a touch of more sophistication in the techniques used to prepare our new dishes.
