Sabor a Cabo (The Flavors of Cabo), San Jose del Cabo, Los Cabos, is the name of the culinary festival tempting the palates of those with discerning connoisseurs of great quality food and wine. The annual festival, started in 2005, is organized by CANIRAC  Los Cabos, the national chamber of the restaurant industry and its benefits go to support local institutions and charities such as the Firefighters or the Red Cross. Sabor a Cabo is designed to entertain their guests while promoting Baja cuisine, and they have succeeded in doing exactly that during past editions. This year¹s event is being promoted internationally throughout the United States as a reason to come and visit Los Cabos.
