Popular dinner starters include excellent small-plate servings of ceviche and shrimp cocktail, and the Caesar salads—prepared tableside by the talented waitstaff—are among the very best in Los Cabos. For the main course, it’s hard to top the mariscada seafood platter for two, which has lobster, crab, jumbo shrimp, octopus, and the catch of the day served with rice and grilled vegetables.
