I can’t see or hear the word “presto” without thinking about magic. And, in the case of this pint-size alfresco Italian eatery on the Cabo San Lucas Marina, the name Presto is indeed a good fit. In México—or at least around these parts—there is a bit of a fascination with cream cheese, and we the diners get to reap the benefits. The kitchen wizards at Presto have incorporated cream cheese, or “la filadelfia,” into several otherwise-standard dishes, elevating the flavor and creaminess to a whole new level.
Try the three-cheese pizza—made with blue cheese, mozzarella, and cream cheese. Pastas are made mostly in-house, save the spaghetti, which is imported from Italy. Not only is the menu packed with must-try options; it’s also one of the most affordable, wow-worthy menus in all of Cabo.
