Located across the way from the Wyndham Cabo San Lucas Resort, the eagerly anticipated restaurant’s concept remains similar to the winning formula patrons have come to love at Baja Peppers, mixing familiar touches—budget-friendly menu offerings and happy hour prices at the full bar, a quintet of large screen televisions showcasing all the latest U.S. and Canadian sporting events—with fresh new features like a spacious, palapa-shaded dining area overlooking Cabo San Lucas’s main boulevard, and a lunch menu with an increased emphasis on fresh, locally sourced seafood dishes. Baja Peppers’ regulars need not worry, however. Venditti oversees the menu offerings at Baja Peppers and John’s Place.
