Peacock’s Restaurant
As part of the renowned Mi Casa family of restaurants, this Médano Beach district restaurant subscribes to an ultra-fresh and organic approach to fine dining: Produce is grown locally on the restaurant’s own organic farm in nearby Pescadero (visit the website to learn more). Chefs favor non-commercial fish and source it from locals. And beef is purchased exclusively from a Sonoran ranch that does not use growth hormones or GMO corn in its feedlots. The results are undeniable. The menu dances from Europe to the Americas, demonstrating both whimsy and purpose. Try the rice paper veggie rolls with a mushroom vinaigrette or the grilled octopus with grasshoppers. The restaurant also makes handmade pizzas and tlayudas. Paseo del Pescador, near the entrance to ME Cabo, Cabo San Lucas, (624) 143-1858, www.peacocksrestaurant .com. Nightly 5 p.m.–11:30 p.m. AmEx, MasterCard, and Visa accepted. $$–$$$$ A.A.
