The Oyster Bar puts a fun, spicy spin on raw oysters on the half shell with a habanero cocktail sauce.

Seafood abounds in Los Cabos—so much so that the team behind Baja Lobster Co. on the Cabo San Lucas Marina decided it needed to honor not only lobsters but also oysters with its name. So, every day—from noon till 6 p.m. Baja Lobster Co. offers the alfresco Oyster Bar with its incredible selection of fresh local seafood and marina views. Enjoy a mix of raw and prepared seafood creations—all expertly executed, all delicious. Shellfish highlights include oysters Rockefeller, an Acapulco-style shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell, San Carlos-style scallops, and that distinctive Baja California Sur specialty item, chocolate clams. The ultimate option, however, is an El Patrón platter featuring a dozen each of oysters, shrimp, clams, and mussels. White wines are the preferred pairing for shellfish, and the Oyster Bar menu includes an international selection of premium wine selections by the glass or bottle. For dessert, dig into decadent slices of cheesecake or caramel flan, or share a bananas and strawberry flambé for two.
