Baja Lobster Co.

Located along the Cabo San Lucas Marina in a stretch known as the Marina Golden Zone, Baja Lobster Co. is a celebration of the sea’s bounty. Here you will find dishes that showcase seafood in familiar and inventive ways. Start with a casual appetizer of ceviche (a must when in México), raw chocolate clams (named for their color and not their flavor), tuna tartar, or oysters on the half shell. The creamy lobster bisque makes a wonderful second course, followed by any of the many, many, many lobster preparations (we’re partial to the San Lucas with garlic, herbs), and a spicy tomato sauce au gratin. Of course, there’s more to Baja Lobster Co. than just lobster. Bacon-wrapped shrimp come stuffed with cheese; battered shrimp are crispy and delicious; and paella is an elegant date night option.
