Los Barriles – LCM 48 Fall 2017

Los Barriles

It’s time you discover the breakfast menu at Los Barriles. My favorite is eggs Florentine, a take on eggs Benedict with a rich spinach sauce. There are less common options, too, like huevos divorciados and eggs with poblano sauce. Malts, milkshakes, and mimosas are added attractions along with special cocktail concoctions such as pineapple or mango mojitos. Standouts on the new lunch menu are black aguachile with shrimp, green tomatoes and serrano chiles, and yellow aguachile with yellow chile sauce. A blending of various culinary philosophies creates a dining experience unlike any other in Los Cabos. A serving of fresh tuna tartar with sesame oil, ginger, soy sauce, and avocado is listed as an appetizer, but it could serve as a satisfactory light lunch. The Barrel Seviche with fresh tuna and garlic mayo served with guacamole is another lunch option. Burgers made with beef, shrimp, and Portobello mushrooms are served with onion rings. The dinner menu has even more delectable dishes. Hand-painted murals adorn the wall depicting a Mexican country scene, and white-clothed tables welcome guests in an alfresco setting.
