Perched high along the coastline, this is the perfect setting to enjoy breathtaking views of the sea, Land’s End, and a brilliant sunset. The extensive menu features the area’s freshest seafood, mesquite grilled steaks, and so much more. Start with an innovative appetizer like grilled lion claw scallops, so named for their deep-pocket shell, served with avocado sauce, or shrimp and mushrooms sautéed with butter, garlic, and guajillo chile. A salad bar features a variety of field-to-table vegetables and aromatic oils, vinaigrettes, and house-made dressings. There are fresh fish specialties such as sea bass stuffed with seafood or pastor-style shrimp marinated with achiote and served over a slab of grilled pineapple drizzled with hibiscus sauce. Also worth trying: the surf and turf with lobster tail and rib eye or roasted duck breast with grilled apple and fig sauce. A nice Italian sparkling prosecco rosé goes well with most dishes and is a refreshing option. Multilevel terraces are candle lit with exquisite glass globes and protected from the wind by large glass panels.
